Capt. Mark Middleton, USCG Master. Professional Saltwater Guide
I have fished all over the globe as far away as the English channel for Sea Bass to chasing Costa Rican Marlin! I am now a guide on the Central Florida Gulf Coast using fly and light tackle gear, from tying my own flies and casting to a snook hiding under a dock at night to running 35 miles an hour over 2 feet of water to my next honey hole, I have come to love Florida flats fishing and the excitement of it makes my blood run fast!
I currently employ my Hewe’s Bonefisher which has been customized for extreme flats fishing to get to the fish. If you need some professional advice or want to charter my knowledge for the day just call me! I have been a guide out of Port Richey for 10 years and over the last few years I have become intimately familiar with the waters from Sarasota up to Cedar Key with occasional trips to the rivers and Gulf coast of the Florida Panhandle and throughout the Florida Keys.
Are you new to Florida fishing? I’m a talented and patient teacher and I’m happy to provide private fishing lessons and help you get set up with the proper professional gear! Call me for pricing information. These lessons will include: Gear selection, leader tying, basics of understanding fish habitat and eating patterns, correct bait, fighting a fish, proper release method, and much more!

If there is a lone tailing redfish in Crystal River or a large school of tarpon off Islamorada you can bet I find adventure in finding them and casting to ‘em! All fishing is for sport and enjoyment, catch and release!
